Mounds View, Minn., July 1, 2026 – Bauer Welding & Metal Fabricators, Inc. today announced it has rebranded as Bauer Tube Fabrication, a name that reflects the company’s core specialty: custom tube bending, forming and welded assemblies for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The company’s new website, bauertube.com, is live today. Its former site, bauerweld.com, will redirect visitors to the new address.

Founded in 1946, the Mounds View, Minnesota-based company has spent 80 years building a reputation for precision tube fabrication, including CNC tube bending, end-forming, robotic and manual welding, and in-house tooling design. Tube-related work accounts for 95% of the company’s business, serving OEM customers in industries such as construction equipment, power generation and fluid management.

“Bauer Tube Fabrication conveys to customers exactly what we do best,” said Tom Cuthbert, President of Bauer Tube Fabrication. “We’ve built our business on tube bending and welded assemblies for 80 years. This name change makes that clear from the first time someone sees it.”

The rebrand does not change the company’s ownership, leadership, location or capabilities. All contracts, certifications and customer relationships continue without interruption under the new name.
